Big drawing 





I don't know why, but I wanted to draw Cas painting Cas. And the rescue.
It was fun, but wow he draws like a girl.

Katherine says he "draws from the heart"
So...


The art style is obviously not my own, I wanted it to look quite different than my own.
Mainly it's made to look like Rapunzel's paintings from Tangled (Claire Keane), and Amy Ruppel.
Both kinda have that Indie look I like :o)

I want 4-5 Cas back too. *Kicks him in the jimmies...* hehe. I didn't realize that was extra funny until I typed it.

Yowza! You weren't kidding about a big picture, doll. But hey, a big picture from big talent, it all comes together. *g* I especially like the tree and the owl, and the way the tree roots are all curlycue like calligraphy. It's lively and fun, thanks for sharing it with us.

Pssst...I miss season 4/5 Cas too!

Oh, my. I loved the contrast between the two styles and the way they contrast reality vs. Cas' perception of it. Cas harrowed Hell, his brothers and sisters died during it, it would have been gruesome and desperate--and yet in his depiction of events, there's none of this. Instead, there's a sense of righteous predestination in the ease and lack of struggle in reaching Dean. No demons challenge the angels or Cas for his claim, because for Cas, his claim on Dean is incontestable.

(for some reason, I have a horrible, creeping suspicion that some seriously tragic, bad shit must have gone down in the real world, to make Cas paint this renvisioning of reality. Where is Dean, to cause Cas to paint this fairytale version of their story? ;_;)

I don't know why, but I find it amusing that Cas painted all the angels with their eyes closed. And yes, it's very girly painting from our resident angel.

Awww...I like Cas' painting of epic epicness. I get the impression that he's done this on the side of a barn somewhere on Bobby's property, and someday Dean is going to happen on it and be very, very confused.
